In 2011, Wisdom Publications designated September 12th as World Mindfulness Day. Since then, it has grown into an annual celebration that spotlights the transformative power of mindfulness in everyday life — and this website takes its name from that day.
In a world of ceaseless distraction and mounting pressure, we believe prioritising mental well-being is not a luxury — it is a necessity. The World Health Organisation reports that roughly 264 million people live with depression, and 284 million with anxiety disorders. Mindfulness will not solve everything, but the evidence is clear: it helps.
Studies from Harvard Medical School and Stanford University confirm that regular mindfulness practice reduces stress, eases anxiety, and improves overall mental well-being. Our tools, articles, and resources are here to make that practice as accessible and friction-free as possible.
